Return Policy

We are genuinely interested in your satisfaction with the purchase you make from RC Wonderland and we do our best to ensure that you receive exactly what you order. To that end we offer an unconditional 30 day guarantee subject to the following conditions. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, unused and resellable. The return must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards,  manuals and accessories.  The model must be packaged as received. Use of the model prior to returning it will create a used model and we cannot issue credit once it has been used.
Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA#). We will not accept COD returns or returns without an RMA#. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
Please contact us for return instructions if the product you receive is defective. Some suppliers may prefer that the item be returned directly to them.

Backorder Policy

We attempt to avoid backorders as much as is possible. All the items listed on our web site are available for immediate sale and shipment. Out of stock items will be removed from the web site upon notification by the supplier of a potential backorder position.

Shipping Policies

FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver (Standard Air), FedWx 2nd day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders under $50.00  to PO Boxes only and you must inquire as to the rate at the time of order. We ship only to the United States or Canada at this time. Damaged Goods Policy

If a package has been damaged in shipment and the damage to the packaging is visible please refuse the delivery. In the event the damage was not apparent and you have already accepted the package call or e-mail us immediately. Do not return a damaged-in-shipment package yourself as the carrier may wish to inspect the package and this could jeopardize your claim and complicate your receiving credit for the return . You are responsible for keeping all paperwork and packaging material until the matter is resolved.
Should you receive a model that is missing a part please contact us immediately. We will either supply the missing part ourselves our refer you to the manufacturer to do so. We cannot be responsible for for missing parts if not notified within 5 days of the date of delivery.
